Joel McHale, who is the host from E channel's " The Soup" has just purchased some new diggs for $1,880,000. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3, 451 sq ft home in the Oaks area of Los Angeles’ Los Feliz.
The previous owners were asking $1,929,000 and Joel saved himself a few bucks and picked it up for 1.88 million. The deal closed on Nov. 15,2007

The house was built in 1947 and has 4 bedtooms 4 baths and a 2 story foyer, gourment kitchen, office,with a separate entrance. The a cozy 0.32-acre feature expansive bricked entertaining and garden areas, a barbecue area and a spa. It looks like there might be enough land for Joel to squeeze in a small pool.

Joel has his old home on the market for $815,000 which is located at1238 N. Howard St. in Glendale, California. The 1929 3 bedroom and 1.75 bath home is located in the Rossmoyne area of Glendale. Joel purchased this property in 2004 for $605,000.

Dr. Phil Talks About Britney

Dr Phil (the ambulance chaser) stopped in to see Britney on Saturday AM. Obviously he went for his own publicity because I am sure Britney is not friends with Dr.P.

Anyway she was reportedly "packing" when he arrived. Packing what? She arrived on a gurney with no shoes. So what did she have to pack? Her doll hair?

Well, Dr.P gave Entertainment Tonight an interview and he told them:

"My meeting with Britney and some family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention. She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her."

Well, there you have it. The "expert" has spoken. Sounds like the nut bag must have been acting irrational for him to make comments like that.

Stay tuned! Sunday has just begun so there is plenty of time today. I'm sure Britney is planning her next performance as we speak.

Britney Spears Is Spotted And Turns Back

Britney is headed out and then saw the paparazzi and headed back behind her gates. Then after awhile, reports are that she came back out again to hook up with her Papaparazzi Lover.

Britney's Underground Escape With Dr. Phil

Dr. Phil the media ho went to visit the drama queen Britney. I am sure he went out of concern, right? Well, word is that she might be appearing on his show on Monday. Aren't lawyers supposed to be the ambulance chasers? My bet is on she won't show. If she can't get to court, how's she going to make it to a show where he is going to tell her straight what she is doing wrong???

Evidently something got Brit going again and she reportedly ripped out her IV and demanded she be released. They released her and she fled through a tunnel with Dr. Phil accompanying her. What a money shot that would have been. One with crazed eyes, doll hair, and DiVinci veneers and the other has no hair, dollar signs in his eyes and super sized DiVinci veneers. Britney then eveidently drove home.

3 hours later the gates of The Summit opened and Britney emerged. Then she spotted the paparazzi and went back home. Already on the prowl, the nut is out.....Kfed better hire extra guards. You know she will be coming for him.

Britney's Time Line Of Events

11:32 a.m.: Britney arrives over 90 minutes late to her final chance to give a court-ordered deposition. She is dressed in heels and a backless dress and has on black doll hair. She is only able to be deposed for approximately 14 minutes since she was so late. How convenient.

12:20 p.m.: Brit arrives back to her home in the gated community The Summit. Her boys are already there her scheduled visit along with the court-appointed monitor.

7 p.m.: K-Fed's body guard arrives to pick up boys bring them back home. Carla makes excuses why the boys are not ready. But meanwhile she has already told the court appointed monitor she "is not going to return the boys, now of ever". The monitor then grabs Sean and puts him in the car and goes back and finds Britney is now has locked her out and is holding the youngest boy hostage in the bathroom with the door locked.

8 p.m.: The police are notified by the Court appointed monitor of a custodial situation at Britney's home and the police are dispatched to The Summit. When they arrive, they find that the court-appointed monitor, is locked out of the house and does not have paper work allowing them to enter the house.

9:20 p.m.: K-Fed's lawyer arrives at The Summit with the required paperwork. He and five police cars drive up to Britney's house.

10:30 p.m.: More than a dozen police officers, two ambulances and a several fire rescue trucks are now at Britney's. Then sometime before 11 p.m., Alli Carla leave the house, which leaves Brit alone with Jayden James. Smart move on their part.

11:45 p.m.: Britney is removed from her home strapped to a gurney and put into the waiting ambulance. Then her along with 13, yes 13 police cars blast their sirens as they make their way to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. They arrived at approximately 12:30 a.m. Jayden is brought to the hospital in a separate vehicle.

There were Police in the ambulance with the Drama Queen during her PR stunt.

The police stated: "We are concerned about her mental state and believe she may be under the influence,"

"Her eyes were like pinholes," another source reported.

K-Fed and his lawyer were already at the ER when she arrived. They reportedly said "I actually don't know what is going on."

1:15 a.m.: Britney's father Jamie Spears. Britney has not spoken to him in 8 months.

Presently Britney is on lock down for 72 hrs. so Starbucks is safe to go to now. You won't slip on any Cheetos dust or be run over by 100 paparazzi trying to get a shot of Britney.

Britney Finally Loses Custody Of Her Boys

Well looks like the judge finally wised up and granted custody to Kfed. He now has sole physical and legal custody of the boys. He also took it one step further and suspended her visitations until Jan. 14th and the case will be reviewed again. I am hoping she will be in a treatment program by then.

K Fed's attorney said "There are no winners here," He added that he was "not happy about any of the events that have happened."

The bottom line is the kids need to be safe and be in a normal surrounding. Being with Britney they cannot have that. She is not only a danger to herself but to anyone around her.

I'm glad the judge finally did the right thing.

Britney's Paparazzi Love Interest Is Married?

Britney's paparazzi love interest seems to not be available. Seems like the 35 yr old is actually married. But we know that won't stop Britney. She went after KFed even though he had a girlfriend who was pregnant.

It seems that Adnan was born in Afghanistan and then was raised in London. He claims that he makes $200,000 following Britney and taking her picture. He must be doing well because he too drives a Mercedes that he owns.

Lindsay Lohan Back To Drinking Again

Lindsay must think as long as she is not in the USA no one will spot her. It is reported that the "sober" actress flew to Capri for the holidays. There she indulged in some wild make out session with some strange guys she just met and then was boozing it up right from the bottle. While here she needs to hide the booze in bottles of water,etc. There? Why bother! Hand her the bottle and she is all set. This must be why were camp is saying " Lindsay is taking it one day at a time." That is how you say she is boozing again.

She should have to pick up the tab for all these police, fire department trucks, ambulances, etc. because she wanted more attention. This is a waste of tax payers money. Period. When is someone going to stop this girl?

Well the drama queen reportedly tested negative for drugs or booze. So what does that mean? That means she was acting! More attention! She is just a whack job and the judge needs to get those kids away from her.

The cops said Britney said she hadn't eaten or slept in 4 days which is odd because when she showed up 2 hrs late for court in her backless dress, she didn't look skinny or tired. I'm sure it is just more BS to make people feel sorry for her.

Reports said that when she was being strapped down to the gurney she couldn't stop laughing and was still laughing when she was at the hospital.

Britney's New Drama

So all is quiet on a chilly night in Mali-boo, right? Nope not with Britney living there.

KFed's body guard arrived at Britney's house to pick up the children after her visitation and she refused to do so. The Court appointed Monitor was forced to call the police to assist with the situation of getting the children to Kevin.

Upon arriving, the police observed an "under the influence" Britney but were not clear on what substance she was using.

Then in true Britney fashion and her disrespect for the law, she continued to have a showdown with the police that lasted 4 hrs.

A source from Britney's camp stated "The stress and mental anguish of the ongoing custody battle and deposition has caused Spears to 'lose a tremendous amount of weight in the past several weeks." WHAT???? Weightloss???? They have to be kidding. The only weightloss I saw was after she went to Las Vegas for a weekend and was spotted going into her favorite Lipo Dissolve Clinic. Where they inject fat dissolvers all over your "fat areas" and it melts the fat.

I do hope that once they took her out of the home that the police took advantage of the time and searched her home. Did they? I highly doubt it even though it would have been a legal seach since they would have to be looking to see what it was that she was using. But this it Britney and for some reason she is above the law and the cops look the other way.

Britney was removed from the home via ambulance and taken to L.A's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she will be considered a "special needs" patient. A source reported that "they have either overdosed or tried to commit suicide. So we go stay with these patients and monitor them constantly. We watch them so they don't hurt themselves and watch the people who come visit them to make sure they don't pass anything to them."

She will be observed and evaluated and then either released or committed or sent to rehab.

The boys were also taken into the hospital to be evaluated. They were released to the custody of their father at 4:00 am. Can you imagine the trauma that these kids are suffering? They are old enough to know what is going on.

Kevin arrived that the Hospital at around 12:30 am and naturally all the paparazzi were screaming at KFed "Loser, Asshole, Piece of Shit" etc. How is he the bad guy here?

Britney's Dad arrived at the hospital at 1:15 am after being called by Kevin.

She really needs to be arrested for this one. Anyone of us would be in jail if we pulled this one. It's called Child Endangerment! I hope the judge takes care of this properly this time.

I don't know why they needed to act like she was Royality or something here with all these cop escorts, ambulances, fire trucks, etc. How about simple handcuffs and a trip in the back of the cruiser to the ER for blood tests? I think that is more appropriate for her.

Britney Arrives At Deposition 2 hrs. Late To Avoid Questions

Opps She did it again. Britney was scheduled to be at court at 9am and she arrived at 11:32om instead. This way she would only have 14 minutes of questions. I am sure by the time they got situated and started the questioning she probably was only asked a few basic questions.

So now another deposition is scheduled. She will have to get another law team since the current team quit.

Is Britney Still Dating The Paparazzi?

Is Britney now dating the Paparazzi she shacked up with before?

Well, it sure is looking that way. Adnan Ghalib, the 35 yr old paparazzi who works for Final Pixx checked into the Le Parker Meridien Hotel at 2:30 a.m. Two other men followed along who were said to be security.

Adnan has not commented on his relationship with Britney but he did tell 20/20 that he makes up to $200,000 a year following Spears around and said he thinks she is awesome."I think she's a great person," he told the show. "It's unfortunate that she's the way she is, because of the people she surrounds herself with."

They checked into a $1,200 a night villa and Britney reportedly wore a black wig and sunglasses.
Adnan told a source "There was nothing romantic going on with Adnan," says the source. "She was distracted, clicking away on her PDA."

The couple was spotted checking out just 5 hours later at 7:30 am.

Now he is the one his Paparazzi friends are taking pics of. First it was on Dec. 22 when he and Britney checked into the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. Then 6 days later he was spotted driving Britney's Mercedes to a house in West Hollywood. Now he is checking into another hotel with Britney.

If he plays his cards right he can easily be the next Mr. Spears. It doesn't take Britney long to make these kinds of decisions.

Britney Spears's Lawyers Quit Again!

Britney Spears is in a jam again. TMZ reported that Trope and Trope law firm filed papers yesterday withdrawing themselves as Brit's lawyers in her custody case with Kevin. Her previous lawyer, Laura Wasser also quit.

The court papers filed by Trope and Trope said, "there has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible."

It was reported that Britney was supposed to give her deposition yesterday and she once again did not show up on time. She was reportedly 2 hrs late. So that is probably the main reason they quit. Well that and the fact that no one can tell Britney anything.

If this judge had any balls he would take these kids away from her permaentaly and stop all this nonsense. She obviously thinks this is a joke. She doesn't even care enough about her kids to make it to court when she is supposed to.

KFed needs to be given the kids. Period. The Cheeto Queen probably will forget she even had kids.
