It's not like most of the celebrities don't always look like they are in costume, but here we go. Here are some of their latest costumes.

Rumer Willis~ This poor girl I actually feel bad for. She probably would have been better off selecting a costume with a mask.

Teri Hatcher~ Well she has on about the same amount of makeup as she always wears so I am not sure if this is her costume or if she was just out shopping.

Paris Hilton In costume #1 Well, these are Paris's fun bags. I have no idea why they are folding in half like that. It will remain one of the great unsolved mysteries.

Britney Spears Steps out as a trick or as a treat? Check out those rocket fun bags. They look like they are ready to take off south. She went to the club in the costume on the left and got too hot so she switched outfits (what a shock) with a bartender and came out of the club with the backless halter on the right.
