Rumer Willis Goes Blonde

Ummm,this probably wasn't a good move. She just can't pull off being a blonde. I want to know with as much money as she has, couldn't she have gone to a salon? This looks like she got a box of some cheap dye and left it on way too long. But on the bright side, when Easter comes she will be very popular. Everyone loves marshmellow Peeps.
