Linsday Lohan's Civil Testimony To Be Taped

Lindsay Lohan will have to appear in court to give her deposition in a lawsuit over a crash that injured Raymundo Ortega, a busboy. A judge gave persission to videotape the Lohan's deposition.

Raymundo Ortega alleges that Lindsay plowed her benz int his van in Oct. 2005 after she was drinking.

A California Highway Patrol investigation concluded that Ortega caused the crash by making an illegal U-turn in Beverly Hills.

Lohan's attorney argued in a motion that if it was leaked, it could hurt his client's career. But the motion was denied.

Lindsay has served 84 minutes in jail on Nov. 15 as part of a plea deal she got for a misdemeanor drunk driving and cocaine possession charges stemming from two arrests that were not related to the crash that prompted the lawsuit.

Well, Brad has now announced that he will no longer be doing nude scenes because he doesn't want to be embarrassed if his kids see it later. Hmmm? Evidently he wanted some things re written for him and with the writers on strike it couldn't be done so he backed out. I'm sure they were love/sex scenes that Angelina wanted redone.

Then we get to the Oceans Movies. Well I knew it would end. Angelina hates Clooney and Damon because those are his buddies from Brad's Jennifer days. She is trying to make sure he cuts all ties with his Jennifer past and wants to keep him away from his friends. She only wants it to be him, her and her orphans and her lover/brother. No one else is allowed in her world.

Looks like this is it for Brad. I guess anyone who dates a girl who is obsessed with cutting and blood, had better do what she says.

Kim Kardashian, in true Britney and Paris fashion has pulled off a publicity stunt to draw attention towards her.

Kim Kardashian has claimed that while she was at JFK airport she was mobbed by fans and people wanted to have their picture taken with her. During the supposed "mobbing" someone stole a Cartier watch, other jewels, a laptop and a camera from one of her bags. Kim thinks she was set up by an airport employee.However, the cops as well as airport security told Page Six that a complaint was never filed. They think it was one big ass publicity stunt.

Kim thinks she was "set up" by airport employees. Well, Kim never filed a complaint or report with the airport, the police or security.

Law enforcement officials suspect it's a publicity stunt. Neither Port Authority cops, the NYPD nor the Queens district attorney has any report of a theft. Kardashian's reps didn't return calls.

If you think about it she is not even original to come up with her own stunts. She just follows what Paris does. Remember originally she was hired by Paris to organize her closet. Then they became friends.

Paris accidently had a sex tape leaked, so did Kim. Paris ended up making money off her sex tape, so did Kim. Paris was always getting computers stolen, phones stolen, home being broken into and now Kim is following this stunt too. OK so what's next for Kim to copy? Jail? Rehab? Stay tuned!

Hulk Hogan's(whose real name is Terry Bollea) wife for 24 years, Linda has filed for divorce. Reports are that "it came out of no where". This comes on the heels of their 17 yr old son who was just in a car accident that caused severe brain and spinal cord injuries to the passanger.

Being that you know a lawsuit is going to follow and the car was in Hulk Hogan's name, this just might be a ploy to save some of their assets.

If Linda get's 1/2 of the assests as well as child support and alimony, then it lowers Hulk's net worth considerably and leaves less that can be paid out to the passangers family.

Presently they have a mansion in Pinellas County. The records place the market value of the Belleair mansion at more than $7.2 million and their Clearwater house at more than $2.2 million. The Bolleas also have a condominium under construction in Las Vegas.

I'm betting this is a financial move on their part. I can't say I blame them. They are going to suffer a huge financial blow due the the stupidity of their kid.

Donda West’s hair stylist Charlay Thomas, has sold out. Even though she was a close friend of Donda West, I guess there is a price for everything. She has made public the last phone message that Donda had left for her the day before she went in for her procedures. Donda had called Charlay at the last minute when she decided she wanted her hair corn-rowed before she has her surgery.

Yes, it was just a month ago that the BS was being reported about Britney's album going to be #1, blah, blah, blah. What ever! I knew it was nothing more than PR hype to make everyone think they needed to have this hot CD. It didn't work.

Her little group of 20 fans staged their protest and Britney was seen changing hair color on her polyester hair, running lights, drinking frapps and texting while driving her sons around. All these events happened but no promoting of her computerized, digitally corrected CD "Black Out".

430,000 copies were sold. Now keep in mind " Sold" means how many were chipped to various stores not actually a count of pieces moved. I'm thinking they are still on the shelves and will have a .99 cent bar code on them soon.

Her last CD "In The Zone" sold 600,000 in the first week alone and her other 3 CD's in the beginning of her career sold 10 million copies each.

She's working on being at the same level as J Lo and her rock bottom CD's she lip sync's her way through.

Fires Engulf Malibu Homes

Malibu got a wake up call Saturday morning around 3:30am from a new fire that broke out just after they dealth with the last fire a few weeks ago.

Once again Santa Ana winds are to blame on this rapid spreading of these fires. It quickly forced 14,000 residents to flee and took 49+ homes into it's firey inferno quickly. One of the houses belonged to Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Flea, aka Michael Balzary, said in a text message that a house he owned "had burnt to a crisp," the Los Angeles Times reported.

Some Celebs turned out On Wed. to help dish out some dinner to the Los Angeles Mission who annually serve a Thanksgiving turkey dinner to hundreds of men, women and children who live in Los Angeles' Skid Row.

The Celebs included Calista Flockhart and actor Harrison Ford amongst other. You can be sure that Angelina Jolie, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan were not in attendance. When they appear at an even they want to be the only one in the spot light.

They were probably all laying in bed on their 2,000 thread count sheets while their chefs cooked their food, their maids cleaned their houses and their nannies cared for their kids. They couldn't be bothered with needy people in LA.

Dr. Jan Adams Walks Out On Larry King

Donda West's Dr. was scheduled to do an interview with Larry King. He had received a letter faxed to him from Kanye's family stating that if he talked about Donda on TV then they would request the medical board suspend his license.

Kanye West Breaks Down At Concert Saturday

Kanye West made his first appearace since his Mom passed away on Saturday nigiht. It had only been a week earlier when Donda had tragically passed. This obviously was a very hard night for him.

He ended the concert with a tribute to his Mom and was going to sing "Hey Momma" whenhe broke down.
He managed to say "too chocked up" and started to cry.
A few people from his band came up to him and tried to comfort him and the audience yelled words of encouragement and applauded him and the band continued to play.

He left the stage for 15 minutes and returned and finished the concert. His Momma must have given him the strength he needed to go on. “

One witness said " He was very nervous, seemed to have gathered himself up, and had a lot of energy,”“He kept shouting out to the audience, ‘I need you… I need you right now.’ and the public was screaming back. It was magic.”

Is Shiloh the Prettiest Baby?

Well, the media is forever telling us that Shiloh is the prettiest baby in Hollywood.OK and don't hate on me for saying this. I don't know yaybe it's just me but I would rank this kid in the fug category. Look at little Pax in the background, he is adorable. Suri Cruise is beautiful and I could see if they chose her. Mel B's (and Eddie Murphey's) baby is beautiful, this kid is very odd looking. Poofy cheeks, lips that don't close. ( I have yet to see a picture of her with her lips closed), little beady eyes and she always looks unhappy. I hope her looks work themselves out but this kid is by far not the prettiest baby. Britney Can't Drive With The Kids Any More

In an emergency hearing scheduled this last Friday, Britney is now told she can't drive with the kids in her car. Mark Vincent Kaplan, apparently showed the video of Brit running the red light with the boys in the car.

This isn't her only violation. Britney has been video taped doing illegal u turns, running over people's feet (including a cop, speeding,driving with the kids on her lap, driving with no license, driving while texting and most recently, ran a red light with the kids in the car. Where are all the cops? Oh that's right even if they pull her over, they don't ticket her.

Britney gets the kids and immediately wants to drive around with them in it. We know that everything she does, she wants it to be in front of the camera and for some reason she insists on driving. I guess now she will have to get a bigger car so she can have a driver drive her and the court appointed monitor and the 2 boys around. You know she would never consider staying home and actually playing with the kids.

Here are pics of Kfed and his boys and KFed's Mom. I was looking at the pics and thinking that I don't think I have ever seen a pic of the boys smiling when they are with Britney. They are usually looking scared, crying or passed out in their chairs in the back seat. People can talk smack about Kfed but you know at least he is caring for these kids and they have a chance to be normal boys.

Ali Lohan Vs Linsday Lohan~ The New 13!

These pics are of Lindsay and Ali Lohan. Both take at age 13. Do you think that kids are maturing just a bit too fast these days? One look at this and it lets us know why by age 20 girls are already getting botox and face lifts. I know I personally had a friend get her first face lift at 24! Can you imagine? You would think that Lindsay's mom would have learned by her first mistake (Lindsay) and now she is leading this one down the path even sooner. In the Summer I saw a pic of Ali in a bikini that barely covered her privates! So what is the Mom thinking? Maybe she can't control Lindsay now that she is 21 but by the looks of this picture, at 13, Ali needs a "Mom" not a manager. I am willing to bet she gets her first implants by 14 and they will claim she "blossomed just like her sister".

Britney Just Needs To Lose Her License!

I want to know where are the police in California? Well I guess it doesn't matter because if they did stop her they just let her go anyway.

Today KFed's attorney is calling another meeting after Britney was filmed running a red light with the boys in the car. Well I wonder if they will want the judge to see this video.

Speeding, U turning, texting while driving, swerving lanes, etc. When is this judge going to get balls and just take the kids away from her for good?

Lindsay Lohan In the Slammer for 84 Minutes

Lindsay Lohan was in s slammer for 84 minutes Thursday.2 minutes longer than Nicole Richie who served 82 minutes.

Lindsay turned herself into the LA County Women's Detention Center in Lynwood at 10:30 am. She was finger printed, was allowed to keep her street clothes on and was put into a holding cell and then was released at 11:54 am.

Her original 24 hr sentence was reduced because she met the criteria that takes into account the infamouse "overcrowding card" that they all play when they get released.

They said that they release 30-50 women a day on the same early releases. Something tells me that is not true. Think of the number of staff it would take to process that many women out of there a day.

"Absolutely not. This is what we do for most everybody in this position," Whitmore said. In fact, 30 to 50 women are granted early releases from the facility every day, he added.

I am willing to bet if it was you or I and and we were on our second DUI and caught with cocaine in our pockets, that we wouldn't have gotten out in 84 min. Once again money talks!

Well reports are saying she was in Vegas looking at houses and stopped by for a little Lipo Dissolve to get rid of the fraps and cheetos that she has been piling on. She'll be out again with her new belly hanging out and dancing around 1/2 naked soon.

Brit's CD is falling fast. "Blackout" fell from #2 to #7 with only 87,000 copies. She slipped 70%. Shocking! I thought everyone would have this on their holiday shopping list! I mean who doesn't want a couple copies of this in their homes and cars?

Donda West's Dr. Has A Shady Past

Dr. Jan Adams is the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon that performed on Donda West before she died. It is being reported that she had goen to another surgeon and he insisted that she get clearance from a Cardiologist before he would operate because her medical condition could result in a heart attack or some other serious problem.

Evidently Donda then found Dr. Jan Adams. He was sued 2 times for malpractice. Once in Aug. 2001 an he was ordered to pay $250,000 in one claim. Then in September of 2001, he was ordered to pay $217,337 in another malpractice judgment. PLUS he was arrested for DUI's 2 times!

Also, in April 2007 the Executive Director of the California Medical Board asked the state to consider revoking or suspending Adams’ physician and surgeon’s certificate.
