Bad boy performer Kanye is flipping some real estate these days. In March 2007 Kanye picked up this little "fixer upper" for $7,150,000 located at 631 N. Crescent Drive, Beverly Hills, CA. He purchased it and then immediately put it right back on the market for $8,699,000. No renovations, nothing. Hmmm?
