Looks like MiMi just scored herself some new Bahama digs. She picked up this little beauty for a cool 4.9 million. It is located on Island Road on Windermere Island in the Bahamas and is a cozy 4,000 square feet. It features 4 bedrooms and 5 bath rooms for MiMi to freshen up in. This estate was previously available for lease at $24,000 per week during the high season.

Windermere is a narrow island located adjacent to Eleuthera and the only thing t hat connects the two islands is a narrow, guard gated bridge. This island has been a favorite of celebs for years who want privacy.

This is th very island that Prince Charles and Princess Diana honeymooned on.

Reportedly MiMi has been spending a lot of time in the Bahamas.


According to the sales info, this 3 acre, gated estate has 4 detached buildings that are all painted in a light pink to match the color of the pink beach it sits on. Perfect for MiMi. We know she loves pink.

The 4 building are connected by 3,500 square feet of marble walkways and terraces and include an open air great room with living and dining areas overlooking the jewel toned water and two fireplaces that will take the edge off a sea breezy evening. Well, grab your cup of coffee and have a seat. This house you are not going to want to miss! Looks like selling cheap jewelry and just about everything else except your soul is the way to go.

Suzanne Somers sells books which you know she hires a ghost writer for that. Then she sells clothes, jewelry, and who could not forget her famous "Thigh Master". I think she actually has a company where sales agents give demonstrations at a "party" type setting that you invite all your friend to. You know like a Tupperware party, but just way more products. Talk about becoming a brand! She has mastered that!

Anyway, it looks to have paid off well because now we are getting a glimpse into the Home Shopping Queen's lifestyle. All I can say is she must have done very well on HSN!

She and Hubby Alan Hamel have listed their home for sale on 385 Alta Vista Road in Palm Springs. They are asking 35 million for this 65 acre estate. It features 10 bed rooms, 9 full baths and 3 half baths. These are divided amongst several buildings. The house is named Les Baux De Palm Springs. Which means "Beam Of Palm Springs". How original. She must have named that herself. No one French would come with that. You never use " De" in front of a word that is not French. So I am sure this is her little creation.

Check out the land these to have bought with their HSN sales: 432.85 acre parcel, along with an additional 39.08-acre tract, a 28.08-acre parcel, a 12.71-acre parcel that the couple had purchased for $381,500 in 2006, a 3.21-acre parcel which includes the home that they’re selling now, a 1.17-acre parcel, a 0.86-acre tract, a 0.49-acre parcel, a 0.47-acre tract and a 0.22-acre parcel, according to public records. That's a grand total of 519.14 acres in total in Palm Springs! That's a lot of jewelry sales!

She appeared on Larry King and told him that she has had horrible luck with fires. Last January she lost her Malibu beach front estate that was located at 24266 Malibu Road in Malibu. Her and her husband were out of town when the fire destroyed their home.

Suzanne also went on to tell Larry King that 20 years ago Sonny Bono had saved her Palm Springs Home from a fire.

She said “I haven’t rebuilt yet. I don’t own any things yet. I have a few clothes. I haven’t done much about it. There’s an empty lot. It looks exactly like it did. We just haven’t gotten all the permits.” Now renting in Malibu, Somers added that “I’m going to build a fireproof house. But it’s not going to be pretty….It’s going to be concrete and roll down steel shutters with concrete underneath and a sprinkler system. I think if you live in a fire prone area, I’m surprised they don’t even require that you should build as fireproof a house as you can. It’s going to come again. That I know.”

I don't know why she is saying" I don't own anythings yet. I have a few clothes" Please! Did she forget about her 35 million dollar estate in Palm Springs? I'm thinking there has to be some clothes there she can wear. If not she can wrap herself in one of her many Zebra skins & furs he has around the home and people will just think it is Sharon Stone.

Joel McHale, who is the host from E channel's " The Soup" has just purchased some new diggs for $1,880,000. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3, 451 sq ft home in the Oaks area of Los Angeles’ Los Feliz.
The previous owners were asking $1,929,000 and Joel saved himself a few bucks and picked it up for 1.88 million. The deal closed on Nov. 15,2007

The house was built in 1947 and has 4 bedtooms 4 baths and a 2 story foyer, gourment kitchen, office,with a separate entrance. The condo boasted 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,246 sq ft of living area.

Nicole’s dad, singer Lionel Richie, paid $1,200,000 in September to buy Nicole a town house at 2300 Century Hl in Los Angeles’ Century City area. He purchased the town home from actor Dennis Franz. This was a gift for Nicole and her boyfriend Joel Madden and their soon to be new little baby.

No one knows as of yet where the 2 will call home. The can stay in the townhouse that was a gift or they can buy another home.

Nicole is also considering a suburban-style house in L.A. to raise her new little baby. Joel is more interested in downtown Manhattan and would love to call the Big Apple home. Something tells me that LA will be their new home.

That is exactly what the "Harry Potter" star has done. 40 Mercer Street is the location and it was purchansed for nearly $4.3 million last month. The building is a 13-story glass-walled condominium designed by the architect Jean Nouvel.

According to the public records, the unit was bought Gilmore Jacobs Ltd.,This is the name of the company that was set up by Daniels parents just before the release of the first Harry Potter movie in 2001, when he was just 11. Since that time his paychecks have risen and his comany's value has also risen to the tune of $40 mllion or more.

Many Europeans are taking advantage of the falling US dollar as well as lower real estate prices, so this is a great investment.

The fifth-floor apartment has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,843 square feet of space visible through floor-to-ceiling windows.The building, which has a 50-foot pool, steam room and hotel-like services that were developed by André Balazs, the hotelier, opened last winter.

While Brad & Angelina are busy working over time trying to make us think they are down to earth and "green" they have just bought themselves a private man made island in man-made island in the shape of Ethiopia in Dubai. Get this, their reason? "they intend to use the reclaimed piece of land to showcase environmental issues and encourage people to live a greener life".

So they will fly in on a private jet and burn up 21,000 gallons of fuel and have a mansion built that will have solar panels and that is their way they are teaching the world about the " environmental issues ". This is like how she goes and buys 1 orphan from a third world country and sells it's pictures for millions that they "pledge" they will donate (which we never hear anything else about it or who got the money). She thinks taking one child out helps the millions of sick and dying children she has left behind. What if she took the millions from the picture sales from Shiloh (14 million) and built a school like Oprah? How's that for a concept?

These two are as fake as they come and some how this man stealing, blood sucking, french kissing brother, knife cutting freak has become a goddess to many. I don't get it.

Well, if you are interested in environmental issues and have millions to blow,then you can be the neighbors or these two and many other Hollywood Stars.

This house was once owned by Mike Tyson. His wife then filed for divorce and the judge ordered that Mike sell this house to his soon to be ex wife for $1. Or was she just a gold digger and snatched up the first offer that came in and ran?
