Lindsay Lohan Back To Drinking Again
Lindsay must think as long as she is not in the USA no one will spot her. It is reported that the "sober" actress flew to Capri for the holidays. There she indulged in some wild make out session with some strange guys she just met and then was boozing it up right from the bottle. While here she needs to hide the booze in bottles of water,etc. There? Why bother! Hand her the bottle and she is all set. This must be why were camp is saying " Lindsay is taking it one day at a time." That is how you say she is boozing again.

Linsday Lohan's Civil Testimony To Be Taped
Lindsay Lohan will have to appear in court to give her deposition in a lawsuit over a crash that injured Raymundo Ortega, a busboy. A judge gave persission to videotape the Lohan's deposition.
Raymundo Ortega alleges that Lindsay plowed her benz int his van in Oct. 2005 after she was drinking.
A California Highway Patrol investigation concluded that Ortega caused the crash by making an illegal U-turn in Beverly Hills.
Lohan's attorney argued in a motion that if it was leaked, it could hurt his client's career. But the motion was denied.
Lindsay has served 84 minutes in jail on Nov. 15 as part of a plea deal she got for a misdemeanor drunk driving and cocaine possession charges stemming from two arrests that were not related to the crash that prompted the lawsuit.

Ali Lohan Vs Linsday Lohan~ The New 13!
These pics are of Lindsay and Ali Lohan. Both take at age 13. Do you think that kids are maturing just a bit too fast these days? One look at this and it lets us know why by age 20 girls are already getting botox and face lifts. I know I personally had a friend get her first face lift at 24! Can you imagine? You would think that Lindsay's mom would have learned by her first mistake (Lindsay) and now she is leading this one down the path even sooner. In the Summer I saw a pic of Ali in a bikini that barely covered her privates! So what is the Mom thinking? Maybe she can't control Lindsay now that she is 21 but by the looks of this picture, at 13, Ali needs a "Mom" not a manager. I am willing to bet she gets her first implants by 14 and they will claim she "blossomed just like her sister".

Lindsay Lohan In the Slammer for 84 Minutes
Lindsay Lohan was in s slammer for 84 minutes Thursday.2 minutes longer than Nicole Richie who served 82 minutes.
Lindsay turned herself into the LA County Women's Detention Center in Lynwood at 10:30 am. She was finger printed, was allowed to keep her street clothes on and was put into a holding cell and then was released at 11:54 am.
Her original 24 hr sentence was reduced because she met the criteria that takes into account the infamouse "overcrowding card" that they all play when they get released.
They said that they release 30-50 women a day on the same early releases. Something tells me that is not true. Think of the number of staff it would take to process that many women out of there a day.
"Absolutely not. This is what we do for most everybody in this position," Whitmore said. In fact, 30 to 50 women are granted early releases from the facility every day, he added.
I am willing to bet if it was you or I and and we were on our second DUI and caught with cocaine in our pockets, that we wouldn't have gotten out in 84 min. Once again money talks!

Lindsey Lohan Gets 4 Days In Jail!
OK tell me that money doesn't buy your way out of things in California! This is Lindsay's SECOND DUI and remember they also found cocaine in her pocket. So she was sentenced to 4 days in jail.
They gave her credit for 1 day served and that left her with 3 days. They said she can instead do 1 day in jail and 10 days community service at the Red Cross. So she will end up checking in to the jail at 11:59 pm and then out at 12:01 am. Yes, you can buy your way out of anything in Hollywood.

What is up with this? I wonder if this paparazzi ever file charges against this behavior? It didn't seem like the paparazzi was attacking anyone so this is jsut plain assult and battery to the balls. OUCH!
