She uses body doubles so why is her getting Photo Shopped a surprise? People don't actually believe that the body you are looking at is hers? Or the hair, the nails, the lashes, the teeth, the voice you hear, etc.?
Soon Britney will just do like Angelina Jolie's last movie did to make her look good. Create her! It's just an animated, computer generated image and they can make anyone look good and sound good. So Britney could lay in bed covered in Cheetos and Fraps and the studios would do all the work.
