Is Britney Rocking Cheeto Dust?

Is it just me or does Britney look like she has Cheeto dust all over her mouth? What's with the orange color? I bet if we would get a close up of her fingers there would be more dust there too. Instead of her posing for the paps every night, she really needs to just stay home and wash herself.
