Ummmm, Do you think They Want Us To Believe They Are Real?

Now I know they think we believe everything they say is perfect and the way they look is natural but do they really expect us to this is natural. They should take lessons from Sharon Osbourne who admits she has had everything done and she looks great and doens't have to drive down a dark Mexican alley to meet her surgeon and end up with results like this.
