Well, Britney & Kevin finally closed the deal on their home at 3200 Retreat Court Malibu California. They sold it for 10 million but estimates are showing that the buyer got a very good deal. It looks like it is worth almost 12 million! Britney and Kevin were originally asking 13.5 million but had to lower the price. The house is 8 bedroom, 8 bath and is 9,130 sq ft. and it is reported was purchased by a producer.
