It seems like OJ's victim has a very questionable past. He was not only a stalker, but he also threatened to kill a cop's family.
The longer this goes on, the crazier it sounds and the more of a set up it seems like. I know we all want to believe that OJ is going to do time and that OJ is guilty but with a little research you will have to agree that it really looks like he was set up.
