This old video from when Kevin & Britney were first together seems to show Britney has had some "issues" for a long time.
Now 4 years later she had to appear in court because she has missed 8 out of 14 drug tests. Britney's lawyer argued that she has to change her phone number frequently so this is why the testing facility is unable to reach her. The have now ordered Britney to provide a single working phone number.
They also complained that the testing facility is calling too early for her and the Judge said that he did not think 8 AM was too early.
Britney's attorney explained to him that he was not a Pop Star trying to promote a #1 CD! WOW! Sounds like Briney's attorney is just as bright as she is.
