Jay-Z (Shawn Carter) has mastered just about everything else, why not hotels?
It seems he might just be doing that. He has teamed up with Abram Shnay and his son Scott Shnay amd Charles Blaichman to try to work a deal for a high-end hotel or an art gallery. J-Hotels? what do you think?
"It's a great piece of property adjacent to the High Line in a great neighborhood," Scott Shnay told the New York Post.
Jay-Z already owns a club in the NY. It's in a trendy neighborhood and it's called 40/40. Now he wants to add to his portfolio in the same area.
This man knows how to make money. So I am sure it will be a major success.
