Mischa Barton's booking picture from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department after she was arrested. Mischa was booked on Thursday Dec. 27 for a DUI and for driving without a license. She was held until she posted $10,000 bail.She had been drinking, smoking pot and had possession of prescription drugs that were not hers. TMZ is reporting that Mischa blew a .12 on her breathalyzer test.
Maybe she is doing this for some free PR. Her career is fizzling and getting DUI's and thrown in jail seems to be the way to rekindle a dying careers. Maybe it just a PR move on her part. Soon she'll be getting a book deal, movie deal and selling hair extensions and champagne.
