Celebrity Digs Sundays~ Nicole Ritchie 2.3 Million

When Nicole Ritchie first got pregnant, her Dad Lionel Ritchie, bought her a new set of digs. Now she is selling her apartment at Empire West, located at 1100 Alta Loma Road in West Hollywood. Her apt. sits on the 10th floor.

Joel Madden aka "baby's Daddy",also owns a place in Glendale,California.

Her new digs were just a little gift and is a 2,274 square foot townhouse in Century City. It is reported that Lionel just recently moved into a new mansion on Copley Place which is located by the Los Angeles Country Club. HIs places happens to be north of Century City and close by Nicole's new digs. So I guess Lionel can get to Nicoles place quickly if he gets called for diaper duty.

This apartment is 2,246 sq ft. and has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each room has it's own balcony. The MLS description says "Fabulous south city views. 2BD/2.5BA with den. All rooms have balconies. This unit was purchased in 2005 for $1,180,000, now 2 yrs later it is double that price.
