Britney Spears evidently hit a paparazzi and ran over his foot. She was coming out of a medical center and was surrounded by cameramen and after she pulls forward you can see a man with her tire tracks on his sock. I'm sure nothing will happen to her over this incidence. Did we ever hear anything about her attacking the car with the umbrella? My next question is what did she have done at the medical center? In the video you can see her covering her mouth with her hand. Did she have some lip work done? We'll see her in a few days with Jessica Simpson lips.
