Madonna is working on a deal with Live Nation to the tune of 120 million for a 10 year contract. Madge would receive a mix of loot, stocks and probably lots of free botox in exchange for the right to distribute three albums, promote concert tours, sell merchandise and license her name. Their hopes is that Madonna will give credibility to Live Nation. They want to send a message to other artists that 'we want you'," said one music label executive, who spoke on condition of anonymity. "They believe digital music is going to grow exponentially and they want a piece."
