If you watch at the beginning of the clip Hillary bends over and starts her lip syncing performance for the audience but no sound was started. So she had to break into her version of the Ashlee Simpson Hoe Down and did a little dance until the tape of her supposed voice began. Does anyone actually sign anymore?
